1.)Breeder guarantees for one year this dog to be free of life threatening genetic defects that will either cause death or severely limit quality of life . At which time the dog is found to have such a defect by a licensed  veterinarian the buyer will have the choice of returning the dog to the breeder along with all paperwork for a replacement with a new puppy of equal value as soon as one becomes available . NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON EVER . AND NO VET BILLS WILL BE PAID ONCE THE PUPPY LEAVES MY PREMISES  . Or if the owner decides to keep the puppy they assume all responsibility for care , treatment , and vet bills incurred . All shipping costs are at the buyers expense ! This contract is nontransferable if buyer resells the dog this contract is void .

2.)All puppies are up to date on shots and worming at time of sale . Although I try very hard to limit exposure to parasites I the breeder cannot guarantee against viral/bacterial infections , or parasites including but not limited to worms , mites , coccidia , Giardia , demodex etc. as these are common problems which can be picked up on your way home and are generally easily treated . 

3.)Breeder cannot guarantee adult size , hair coat , color , conformation , or breed ability .

4.)Buyer must take dog to the vet with in 72 hours or guarantee will be void .

5.)Buyer can return the dog at any time for any reason throughout its life . No money will be refunded and all papers must be returned with the dog .

6.)Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health , temperment , and appearence of the dog upon purchase .

7.)Buyer further agrees to maintain the dog in good health at all times with recommended immunizations and periodic vet check-ups .

8.)If puppy/dog is being sold as a pet only they are sold without AKC paperwork for a discounted price .
